The sale will give homebuyers a rare opportunity to find a new home at a discounted price at developments in Kentucky and Ohio, according to a Dominion Homes spokesperson. The homes that will be sold during the sale will be announced through leading social media sites and be priced from $104,900 to $284,900 and will last until just 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 29. The new homes will feature three and four bedrooms, sparkling new stainless steel kitchen appliances and upgraded interior features. Discounts will be as high as $60,000.
Only 11 homes will be offered during the sale by Dominion Homes, which is a leading homebuilder in Columbus, Ohio, constructing new homes in Kentucky and Ohio. The company is among the top builders in the country constructing energy-efficient homes in developments for its customers. All of the homes purchased during the special Cyber Monday sale will be available to move into within 45-days.
