Action movie star Bruce Willis Bruce Willis and Emma Heming is losing big money on his Manhattan condo bought at the height of the real estate bubble. Willis becomes the second major Hollywood star in weeks to lose big money on real estate bought at the wrong time in 2007, right behind Nicolas Cage, who lost $9.5-million on his Rhode Island digs.

Willis and his wife model-actress Emma Heming are selling their Manhattan condo at a loss, asking a mere $3.995-million for their upscale 2,300 square foot apartment on the 20th floor of Trump Plaza in the heart of Manhattan.

The couple paid $4.26-million for the Riverside Boulevard unit that features stunning views of the Big Apple along Hudson River and the George Washington Bridge. The property is listed with a real estate broker, but hasn’t yet been placed under contract to determine what the actual selling price will be for Bruce Willis.

The box office star, who has won many awards for starring rolls in movies only reportedly used the place occasionally when visiting and making movies in New York City. Willis joined Academy Award winners Morgan Freeman, Helen Mirren, Richard Dreyfuss and Ernest Borgnine in Toronto to work on the production of the big screen block buster Red out on DVD for viewing these days.
